Bing Chen is a serial digital media entrepreneur and investor. He is a co-founder of Gold House, a collective of Pioneering Asian founders, creative voices and leaders dedicated to accelerating global cross-cultural collaboration. 

Previously, he was YouTube's Global Head of Creator Development and Management, where he was one of the original and principal architects of the 500 million creator, multi-billion dollar influencer ecosystem. 

Bing is most passionate about enabling self- expression and actualization for new majority communities, a fervor that extends to his Board and Advisory positions which include Bytedance, Baobab Studios; and philanthropic work with the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment where he is Vice Chairman, and the Asia Society. 

Bing and his companies have been recognized by the Forbes 30 Under 30 list; Hollywood Reporter 35 Under 35 list; Magic Johnson's 32 Under 32 list; Asian Chamber of Commerce; Business Insider's Top Startups; AdWeek's Top Digital Media Startups, and more. 

Born in Knoxville Tennessee, Bing is a third culture kid who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Creative Writing.
