Mark Bonchek is the founder and CEO (Chief Epiphany Officer) of Shift Thinking where his mission is to update organizational leadership thinking and strategy for a digital age where exponential technologies and networks are creating new economies and opportunities. 

Mark has been at the forefront of the digital revolution since receiving Harvard University’s first Ph.D. on the topic of social media in 1997. 

Roles held earlier in his career include COO of the TomorrowLab for McKinsey & Company helping leaders build disruptive business models and the Strategos Institute.  Mark was the Founder and CEO of Truman Company where he created a new model for strategy development and executive engagement based on co-creation and peer exchange, which later merged with Fifty Lessons, a pioneer in the use of storytelling and digital video for leadership development and executive education.

Today Mark advises leading organizations on how to achieve exponential growth and transformative change. 

He is a frequent speaker and regular contributor to Harvard Business Review, faculty member for Singularity University, and author of the book Brand Orbits
